Acceptance

When you learn to accept yourself and those around you exactly the way you are, your experience of life will begin to change. When you accept what is, you allow everything to be, including yourself. And when you allow everything to be, the feeling of pushing subsides and the pressure reduces in your life. We live in a world of competition, comparison and pressure. This is unhealthy and unnatural. After all, we are all different to one another, so there really is nothing to compare. When you compare yourself to others, you begin to judge them and yourself.
